What We Collect

Usebok collects only the data required to provide menu, booking, pickup, and admin management services. This includes profile information from Google Sign-In (such as name, email, and unique account identifier), store and booking records, and operational audit metadata.

How Google Data Is Used

Google account data is used strictly for authentication, account linking, and access control. We do not sell Google user data and do not use it for advertising.

• Authenticate users and keep sessions active.
• Authorize role-based access to tenant admin routes and APIs.
• Associate account identity with bookings and pickup operations.

Storage, Security, and Retention

Data is stored using managed cloud services with access controls and tenant isolation. We keep personal data only as long as needed for service operation, legal compliance, and security.
